HOURS

​Charts and Healing Arts operates on Eastern Standard Time. 

Monday -Wednesday- Fridays  (when making your appointment time, please adjust your session to Eastern Standard Time). I do 3 sessions per day, so the sooner you get in the book the better.

I work by appointment using the online booking feature.  Please use online scheduled booking to schedule all of your sessions.  At 6 p.m. my cell line is put on silent, texts and calls may be received; but will not be answered until the following business day.  You can book your appointments online 24 hours a day.  After hour sessions are available with an extra fee of $50 added to the service up until 7 p.m. Afterwards from 7:01 p.m. - 7:59 a.m. the fee is an additional $100.  This includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.  These sessions must be booked directly with me.

THE BEST WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME

E-mail or texting is the best way to communicate.  You can text to (910) 604-1390.  If calling, please leave a message on my voicemail if I do not answer; as I am usually in a session.  If you need information, or to book your appointment with me; I will get back with you as promptly as possible. If it is after 6:00 p.m. I will return your call the following business day.  Clients that text, I respond to texts during business hours only.

 

ALL SESSIONS MUST BE PREPAID

Clients are billed before their session begins.  Please book and pay for your sessions online if at all possible (unless the online feature is not working).  This allows me to stay on schedule with my other clients. I work another psychic job along with my Charts & Healing Arts business; so in order to take a booking I need to know that it is a guaranteed session with my client.  Booking online is easy and keeps our consultations where it belongs, in the consultation.  My schedule availability is online and you can choose a time that works for you.   This ensures a place in my book; otherwise it is still an open space for other clients to book and you may lose the time and date that you want.  If you are having trouble with booking online, please ask Kimberly to invoice you through email or text.  Sessions are invoiced through Square.   You can text or call Kimberly directly for booking and payments if the online feature is not working for you, or you would like an appointment outside of the hours listed on the online calendar (if an appointment is available). Please email Kimberly at: mskimstarotandtearoom@gmail.com to request invoicing. Please include a phone number that you can be reached at, and a good email that she can send the invoice to.

FEES

Credit cards that are declined, disputed, or any unpaid amounts for services rendered are the client's responsibility to pay; along with any fees added to collect any unpaid amounts for services.  

 

LONGER SESSION NEEDED

If a client wants a longer session from their original session time, Kimberly will re-authorize the credit card and we will continue on with the session.  Once a client goes over the time paid for, they are given the option to continue on if that time is available, or we will have to stop the session and continue at another time.  Sessions are timed to ensure that the client receives the time that they paid for, and Kimberly is compensated fairly for her time working with the client.

​POLICY CHANGE

As of 4/20/2020, clients that need to reschedule and give a 24 hour notice, can rebook their original session time, 1 time only.  If a client rebooks appointments habitually, they will no longer be accepted in the calendar to book future appointments.  Please make sure that you can make your appointment time before booking an appointment. 

​​Charts & Healing Arts will no longer reschedule appointments for clients that are no show clients at their appointment time, or that do not give a 24 hour notice of cancellation. You will not be allowed to rebook your missed appointment time, and not be refunded the price of your missed session. If you are late for your appointment, after 15 minutes, your session time is forfeited and you are considered a no show client; which means you have lost your appointment and will not be refunded, or possibly be rebooked at all.  People late for their appointments will not have their time extended to accommodate their missed time; please make sure that you are on time for your appointments.  â€‹

It is the clients responsibility to keep up with their appointments.  Unfortunately this has become a problem, and is preventing other clients who want to book a session, to be able to book.

SPLITTING SESSIONS 

Charts and Healing Arts does not split session time up.  If you are late for a session, you do not get the whole session time.  You get the appointment time that you paid for.  If you are late or have to leave the session early, that time is NOT carried over at another time.  Please be respectful of you reader's/therapist's time and other clients behind your session.

VIDEO SESSIONS

Video Sessions are available through Zoom.  Clients may have to download the Zoom app and register but it is completely free.  After you book your appointment online, go to the link is at the bottom of this website to get into your session.

LATE CLIENTS & NO SHOWS

Clients always pre-pay for the time that they have booked with me.  If a client is late it will be deducted from their session time.  I usually work back to back with my clients; a late appointment can throw off my whole day and inconvenience other clients too.  It is preferred that you call or video chat exactly at your appointment time.  If a client is a no show client, they will lose their session time.

REFUND POLICY

In business you must have policies in place to protect your business and your clients.  It must be in print for clients to see prior to their purchases.  Charts and Healing Arts has a non refundable, non transferable, non exchangeable policy. All sales are FINALIf you have received a refund back, this means that you no longer can receive sessions in the future with Kimberly Logan. 

 

CAN I RECORD OR TAKE NOTES DURING A SESSION?

Certain sessions I do are recorded and sent to your email, however I recommend that clients take notes.  Please do not call me afterward to remind you of what we said during our session.  It is your responsibility to take notes during the session.

I AM NOT A COUNSELOR OR LICENSED CLINICAL THERAPIST

Kimberly is not a physician, mental health professional, or clergy.  I read tarot, calculate astrological charts, and I am an empath.  My job is to read tarot and calculate charts for my clients.  I am a licensed massage therapist in NC.  Physical or mental health is out of my scope of practice and is against the law for me to practice any of these.  Please do not to try and place me in a position that I am not trained to handle. Issues out of my scope of practice, must be outsourced and addressed by another professional in that field.  Thank you for understanding.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A READING?

​Kimberly's readings are meant as a growth tool and the subject matter can be very deep.  If you are in denial about a certain subject, or are not open to changing your behavior to have what you want, then she probably is not the person that you would enjoy seeing.   If we see something during the reading that the client wants to change; all it takes is a changed thought and a changed behavior to manifest something entirely different.  In other words, if you keep doing what you are doing the same course of action will probably happen; but if you change the course of what you would normally do, something else entirely will probably occur.  If a client cannot be helped after a certain period of time;coming to me with the same issues over and over, Ms. Kim will discontinue sessions with that client.  I am looking for clients who are solution based, not people who vent and do nothing about their circumstances.  Our time and energy can be spent better somewhere else.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

We have the right to refuse service anytime. Unfortunately, if you have received a refund that means that you are no longer be eligible to receive services or sessions in the future.  If a client is in a session and is exhibiting any abusive, aggressive, deceptive, criminal, or other dangerous behaviors that could harm the client or other people, including myself; we have the right to terminate the session without refunding any money back to the client; this also includes packaged sessions.

CAN MY CHILD HAVE A READING?

​Yes, if their parent gives consent.

DISHONESTY

Sometimes I have found that there are clients I have worked with that choose to lie or hide part of the truth during their sessions for whatever reason that they feel necessary.  Please note that when this happens, it muddles the person's reading and can work against the client in most cases.  I cannot do my job properly when a client lies or conceals part of the truth during a session.  It makes the person difficult to read and the information they receive may not be as accurate.  It is important that all relationships have truthful communication if they are to work.

GIFT CERTIFICATES & PACKAGED SESSIONS

Gift Certificates & Packaged Sessions expire 31 days after the purchase date, unless it states a specified date or time limit on your session. After the expiration date, sessions are no longer available.  Please make sure that you can use these sessions before you purchase them.

POLICY CHANGES 3/3/2024:  Clients who purchase 4 session packages going forward, please know that these sessions are to help clients who need frequent sessions getting through a hard time or they need more frequent sessions close together; which affords the client to save 10 - 20 percent on their sessions.  These sessions must be used within 31 days of the purchase date. Clients who have purchased packages before 3/2/2024, you have until 5/1/2024 to complete your sessions or they will be no longer be valid.

PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED

Square (on this website),  Venmo, Cash app, and KLARNA. Clients can use (910) 234-2342 as a payment number or the email address: mskimstarotandtearoom@gmail.com.  Clients can also call or text Kim for payment for their sessions.

TIPPING

Tips are graciously accepted but not expected.
