Service Description
If you have (1) one pressing question that needs to be answered, you can get a video reading that is recorded and sent directly to your email. Make sure that you email or text Kim your (1) one question and give a good email address to send your reading back to. Cancellation Policy
Clients MUST give a 24 hour notice to be able to reschedule their original session, 1 time only. If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, you are considered a "no show appointment," and will not be able to reschedule. You will have lost that session entirely. Please make sure to keep up with your appointments to avoid this. REFUND POLICY In business you must have policies in place to protect your business and your clients. It must be in print for clients to see prior to their purchases. Charts and Healing Arts has a non refundable, non transferable, non exchangeable policy. All sales are FINAL.
