Service Description
This is a personal down to the minute computerized astrological report that is charted just for you. Please provide your MM/DD/YYYY of birth, exact time of birth including (a.m. or p.m.), and birth location. Example: 01/28/2016 @ 3:00 p.m. in Wilmington, NC. Also, please include your current location that you are located right now; and your email to send your report to. This report is an average of 50-60 pages long and will be sent to your email.
Cancellation Policy
Clients MUST give a 24 hour notice to be able to reschedule their original session, 1 time only. If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, you are considered a "no show appointment," and will not be able to reschedule. You will have lost that session entirely. Please make sure to keep up with your appointments to avoid this. REFUND POLICY In business you must have policies in place to protect your business and your clients. It must be in print for clients to see prior to their purchases. Charts and Healing Arts has a non refundable, non transferable, non exchangeable policy. All sales are FINAL. REFUSAL OF SERVICE I have the right to refuse service anytime. In certain cases, if you have received a refund that means that you are no longer eligible to receive services or sessions in the future.  If a client is in a private session or Tea Room and is exhibiting any abusive, is intoxicated, aggressive, deceptive, criminal, or showing other dangerous behaviors that could harm the client or other people, including myself; I have the right to terminate the session without refunding any money back to the client; this also includes their packaged sessions.
